Taxes
For any purchases shipped to a California address, Elegant Roots must collect sales tax as follows: 9.75% if the shipping address is within the County of Alameda; 8.25% if the address is anywhere else in California. Users of elegantroots.com are responsible for sales or other taxes when the shipping address is outside California.

Visitors may submit reviews, comments and other content. Elegant Roots retains the right, in its sole discretion, to decline to post such content. All purchases from Elegant Roots are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon the carrier's delivery to you or to your premises. Should you wish to return an item to Elegant Roots, you must comply with our Return Authorization procedure and then, title and the risk of loss stays with you only until your insured carrier's delivery to our premises.
