Our products are shipped out of the wonderful warehouse facilities of Rapid Fulfillment. Headed by Dan Coll, Rapid Fulfillment is a socially responsible fulfillment and shipping company that provides a safe and supportive work environment and excellent customer service. In 2009, in its ever-expanding Green Initiatives, Rapid replaced its propane-fueled forklifts with emission-free electrics! Rapid is also now offering air-pillow package fill that is biodegradable, recyclable, reusable and light-weight. Rapid continues its commitment, as Dan says, "to pioneer Green Initiatives throughout our industry" and to become the greenest fulfillment center in North America. We're proud to be partnering with Dan and his crew.
We ship with UPS, though occasionally we use other carriers or the USPS.
Currently we are unable to ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, international addresses or to Puerto Rico or US territories. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are subject to special terms and charges as described in the chart below. And we are currently unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. If you wish to ship to more than one address, please checkout separately for each address.
