Gustavo Villegas designs jewelry for handcrafting in cattle horn, inspired by its luminescence, sheen, and depth of color, without exploiting any living creature. The horn is a by-product of Colombia's beef industry and otherwise goes unused. Now it's available in limited distribution in America thanks to Selva Design partners Marcos F. Jimenez and Martin Walsh.
Gustavo's unique eco-jewelry gained fame and notoriety in the capitol city, Bogota, and in Europe. Gustavo’s designs are garnering notice and acclaim more each day, including having been worn on Bogotá TV by Colombia’s model and TV star, Carolina Cruz.
