RETURNS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

At Elegant Roots we strive to create a wonderful gifting experience by selecting our designers, artisans, producers and products carefully for both social value and quality. Our highest priority, though, is to our customers’ shopping satisfaction.

If you have any problems with our products or service, please call us. Our Customer Service Representatives in Pennsylvania are standing by 24/7 if you have questions or concerns. Just call 800 891-8194.

If, for any reason, you wish to return an Elegant Roots gift you have purchased or received, you may, within 90 days of purchase, return the item below for a full refund of the purchase price or for a gift certificate in that amount – your choice. Just follow the four easy steps below to complete your refund.

Step 1:

• Call our toll free number (800 891-8194).
• Please tell our Customer Service Representative whether you prefer a refund or a gift certificate. Our Representative will give you an RA # (short for “a Return Authorization Number”) and ask the nature of your dissatisfaction. Although you don’t need to provide a reason for the return, we would appreciate any information you have so we can improve our quality control.

Step 2:

• Repack the item and your packing slip in the original packing material and send it addressed as follows:

Step 3:

• If you are returning the item because it arrived damaged or was not the item ordered, Elegant Roots will refund the original shipping charges and will send a pre-paid return shipping label.
• If the return is for any other reason, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges or pay your return shipping charges.

Step 4:

• Send the package via UPS, FedEx or other insured carrier. Please save the carrier’s receipt. Elegant Roots is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit to us.
• We will send you an e-mail acknowledging that we have received the return and containing information about the further processing of your refund or gift certificate.
